It also contains high levels of organic sodium and has about 45% protein when harvested for juice production. Barley grass contains up to 1,000 enzymes, including the powerful antioxidant superoxide dismutase (SOD), which protects cells from toxic free radicals believed to be the primary cause of aging. Contains chlorophyll, a natural detoxifier that cleanses the intestines of deposited toxins.
- Pre-sprouted Activated Barley Powder – Created using the latest patented nutritional technology. Capturing all the natural active enzymes and nutrients in barley grains just before sprouting (the nutrient and enzyme-rich phase). Pre-sprouting also allows access to diverse levels of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and essential fatty acids.
